Reach Awards
REACH-Solutions recently presented service awards to members of the REACH team
for outstanding service to clients and in growing REACH.
10 Year Service Awards
Tom Major presents
Carla Jones with a
plaque to celebrate her 10 years with REACH-Solutions. Carla began her career
with REACH during the 2nd Quarter of 2001 and has been certified in Dynamics GP
since June 2001.
Although she has been recognized over the years for her skills in payroll
and human resources, she consistently delivers outstanding service to many key
customers in all areas of business operations.
Carla has been an integral part of the REACH family and is well loved by the
customers she works with on a daily basis.

Roger Vander Lugt
with a plaque in recognition of his 10 years of service with REACH-Solutions.
Roger began his career with REACH near the end of 2000. He has been certified in
Dynamics SL since 1997, Dynamics GP since 2001, and Dynamics CRM since its
initial release in 2003. He is also certified in several other 3rd party
products that REACH supports.
Roger is commonly referred to as the "senior" consultant, because
technically, he is REACH-Solutions' first employee. Roger is a CPA and has
tremendous business acumen. He is often called upon to manage some of the most
difficult and complex implementations, especially when it involves system
integration with line of business applications.
President's Award

Daniel Nicklaus
with the 2011 REACH-Solutions President's Award. This award is given to the
REACH employee that exhibits outstanding service to REACH and its customers.
Since joining REACH in 2008, Daniel has transformed the delivery of services to
REACH 's customers.
Daniel's background in project management and ERP system implementation has been
instrumental in ensuring our customer's needs are delivered on time and on
budget. His leadership and technical background has also enabled REACH to use
the tools at our disposal to manage our own complex business processes. This has
resulted in an increased efficiency and has allowed REACH to deliver solutions
to larger companies in Arkansas, while keeping the same level of service to our
current customer base.
Another tremendous benefit of Daniel's abilities is that it has allowed Tom
and the sales team to concentrate on growing the company through new business
sales. This has resulted in the best year of REACH's 15 year history.
Employee of the Year

Carla Jones with
the Employee of the Year award for 2011. Carla's effort with Arkansas Blue Cross
Blue Shield was critical in the successful implementation of a pilot project and
instrumental in winning the business for REACH and Microsoft.
No matter the size or scope of the implementation, Carla's attitude and
attention to customers’ needs has made her the most valuable player on the REACH
Team for 2011.
Sales Achievement Award

George Waddell,
Director of Sales and Marketing, with the Sales Achievement Award for 2011.
REACH-Solutions saw a 450% increase in year over year software sales in 2011 and
much of this increase can be attributed to George's efforts.
George's positive attitude with customers and the ability to develop strong
relationships over long sales cycles was instrumental in closing some of the
largest sales in REACH's history. Also, 2011 saw the beginning of a transition
to a hosted software model. George was able to balance this offering; helping
some customers benefit from the advantages of the cloud, while posting record
sales in the traditional on-premise model.
