At the Helm: A message from Tom
We were excited to hear that Dynamics GP11(GP 2010?) will be released in May of 2010.
All the details will be revealed to Customers at Convergence in Atlanta. Not much is known
yet, but there are some Partner related webinars scheduled for January. We'll keep you posted
on details as we learn them.
We're nearing the end of 2009. If you're running Payroll, you should have been contacted
from someone on our Staff about scheduling assistance for application of the Year End Updates.
Included in the Year End Updates are the latest Service Packs. For GP 10, it's Service Pack 4.
If you're on Payroll and haven't gotten that scheduled, please contact us right away. It has
to be done before you close out your payroll for 2009. If you're not on Payroll and would like
Service Pack 4 applied, also give us a call.
If you're reading this, I'm sure you noticed that we've switched from a paper newsletter to
an electronic format. With this change, we can reach a wider audience. Hope you like the new
format. Along the same lines, have you checked out our website www.reach-solutions.net? Lots
of changes there too.
This year our Lunch N Learn sessions have become a big hit. We fill up the seats at almost
every session and once, we had to schedule it two days in a row due to demand. And sometimes
there are more people on line than we have in person! The December meeting will be a presentation
by Carla Jones on Year End Closing procedures, tips and tricks. You can register at our website
at www.reach-solutions.net and click on "Events" at the top of the page.
You should strongly consider going to Convergence April 25-28. More of our customers are getting
on this bandwagon. It's a wonderful learning experience.
