Did you know you can rename your SmartList Columns?  If you don't like columns with names like ATYALLOC in your SmartList - just rename them. 

Open a SmartList and click Columns.  Change a column name in the Display Name column and save the SmartList as a favorite.

Naming Recurring Batches
Next time you setup a recurring batch, put an underscore(_) or a “z” at the beginning of the batch to move all deferred batches to the top or bottom of the batch list.
